machine learning;
model development;

dataset creation;
automated analysis;
image recognition training;
computer vision training;
natural language processing;
search indexing;

competitive intelligence;
database enrichment;
automated content generation;
resale or redistribution.

This applies whether the use is commercial, non-commercial, academic, internal, experimental, or otherwise.

4. Ownership of Site Content

By participating in Radish Dijital media, shows, interviews, livestreams, recordings, chats, submissions, or community features, you understand that your name, username, voice, likeness, comments, submitted materials, or other participation may be used, displayed, edited, recorded, published, promoted, or distributed by Radish Dijital.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participation does not create any right to compensation, ownership, editorial control, approval, or removal.

Radish Dijital may edit, clip, repost, summarize, promote, or otherwise use media and community content at its discretion.

9. Accuracy of Information

Radish Dijital is intended to provide content, commentary, entertainment, education, community resources, product information, hobby discussion, and related information.

We do not guarantee that any post, article, video, graphic, report, seller information, product information, community content, link, statement, or other content is complete, accurate, current, verified, or error-free.

Information may be incomplete, delayed, mistaken, outdated, duplicated, opinion-based, user-submitted, or based on third-party sources we do not control.

Radish Dijital does not guarantee, monitor, investigate, audit, or continuously verify the honesty, competence, reliability, pricing, fulfillment, legality, or conduct of any seller, buyer, breaker, streamer, marketplace, project, creator, community member, or third party.

Users must do their own research before buying, selling, trading, joining breaks, relying on information, participating in communities, or engaging with any third party.

Radish Dijital is not responsible for losses, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, misrepresentations, shipping problems, damaged goods, non-delivery, pricing errors, community disputes, or any other issue arising from transactions or interactions with third parties.

13. Payments, Subscriptions, Donations, and Paid Features

the amount you paid to Radish Dijital for use of the Site in the three months before the claim arose; or
$100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radish Dijital, Radish Dijital, LLC, its owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, creators, contributors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

your violation of these Terms;

your violation of any law or third-party right;

your participation in any community feature, show, livestream, recording, or media project;

We may suspend, terminate, block, restrict, or delete your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Site in a way that may harm Radish Dijital, the Site, other users, our creators, our partners, our systems, or our community.

27. Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
